Basil is a perennial plant. You can grow it all year round with our smart garden but we recommend harvesting after 5 weeks and until 10 weeks
Uses
Red basil is used in the Asian cuisine for preparing red curry, but you can also use it for garnishing salads and fish or meat dishes.
As it has medicinal properties, it can be used also for preparing infusions, mouthwash or even for making a compress for rash.
