These General Terms of Sale regulate exclusively the contractual conditions between the customers of the website maesmartgarden.com and the seller Meccatronic Engineering S.r.l.
When confirming the order on the website maesmartgarden.com, the Customer declares having seen and accepted the general sales conditions.
Sale prices indicated on the website are expressed in euros (€) with VAT included. Delivery costs are not included and they are charged to the customer.
Delivery costs are calculated at the moment of order confirmation.
Orders will be processed on the basis of availability.
In case of unexpected unavailability of goods meaning the order cannot be accepted, no charges will be made to the customer. If a product is not available, the customer will receive an e-mail within 3 working days about the delivery timing.
The receipt of order is confirmed by the system via an e-mail sent directly to the customer.
This e-mail will indicate the date and order number, and the customer code to be used for any communication with the seller. It is the responsibility of the customer to register personal data accurately and to update the login information.
The types of payments accepted are:
- Credit card (Vpay, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, Visa & Mastercard commercial)
- Bank transfer
If the Customer needs an invoice, it must be indicated at the moment of order confirmation and a fiscal code or VAT code must be provided. A commercial invoice provides a one year guarantee. Information provided at the order confirmation stage is used for invoicing.
On receiving the product, the Customer must check the package to ensure it is intact and not damaged or deteriorated.
The Customer must notify the courier immediately of any deterioration or damage to the package or product. The Customer has the option to refuse the package. Any problems regarding the products (damages during transport or errors) must to be notified to the seller within 3 days from delivery. If an order is lost by the courier, a new shipment will be arranged as quickly as possible. Alternatively, the Customer can request a refund.
