All information you need about the right of withdrawal and refund
Refund
The refund of the sale price is issued within 30 days from the delivery of the returned products. The refund is exclusively applicable to the product price. Delivery costs remain chargeable to the customer.
The smart garden and/or the soil drops must to be returned intact, complete, not used and in the original packaging.
Right of withdrawal
Each product is covered by a withdrawal right. The withdrawal right must be used within 10 days from the delivery of the products by writing an e-mail to support@maesmartgarden.com
The return of the products will only be accepted under these conditions:
- The smart garden and/or the Soil Drops are intact, not used and in the original packaging and in the same condition as when received.
- All components are present and not broken.
- Only products (smart garden and Soil Drops) received in the last 30 days.
- Proof of sale (order number and e-mail confirmation)
- Delivery costs charged to the customer.
More information will be provided after the withdrawal request.
Replacement Soil Drops
The Soil Drops can be replaced if they don’t sprout within 4 weeks. In this case the Customer will receive new Soil Drops within one month from the original purchase
If your package is damaged
If the package (box) looks like it has been damaged or tampered with, the Customer can notify the courier and the seller.
The Customer should notify the problem to the seller within 3 days from the delivery by e-mail and attaching photos.
The Customer can also reject the package.
In this case, the seller will organize a new shipment as soon as possible
