What are the possible modes of payment on our e-commerce?
Modes of payment available are bank transfer and credit card.
Prices
Sale prices indicated on the website are expressed in euros (€) with VAT included. Shipping costs are not included (they are calculated at the moment of order confirmation).
What is the delivery time?
Delivery time depends on the destination (Italy or abroad). In certain cases it can be affected by courier delays. National and international couriers deliver from Monday to Friday, during the working hours (8.00-17.00), as per the courier company.
- Delivery to Italy: 2-3 working days
- Delivery to Europe: 4-8 working days
If certain products are not available, the customer will be contacted within 3 days from the order date, in order to be informed of delivery time.
Transport cost
Delivery costs are calculated at the moment of the order confirmation, based on destinations.
Free shipping in Europe for orders over 250 euros.
Order confirmation and tracking
The customer will receive an order confirmation and a tracking number as soon as the products have been sent. In this way, the customer can track the shipment online.
