Lemon balm is a herb that smells like lemon with a light mint scent. It is considered as a natural sedative also suitable for children. In fact, it has antioxidant and antispasmodic properties, effective against insomnia and stress.
You can grow it all year round with our smart garden but we recommend harvesting after 35-40 days from germination.
Ideal temperature for growing is between 18 and 30°C.
