The refund is exclusively applicable to the product price. Delivery costs remain chargeable to the customer.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The smart garden and\/or the soil drops must to be returned intact, complete, not used and in the original packaging.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][gsf_info_box title=&#8221;Right of withdrawal&#8221; sub_title_color=&#8221;&#8221; el_class=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;&#8221;]Each product is covered by a withdrawal right. The withdrawal right must be used within 10 days from the delivery of the products by writing an e-mail to <a href=\"mailto:support@maesmartgarden.com\">support@maesmartgarden.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The return of the products will only be accepted under these conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The smart garden and\/or the Soil Drops are intact, not used and in the original packaging and in the same condition as when received.<\/li>\n<li>All components are present and not broken.<\/li>\n<li>Only products (smart garden and Soil Drops) received in the last 30 days.<\/li>\n<li>Proof of sale (order number and e-mail confirmation)<\/li>\n<li>Delivery costs charged to the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>More information will be provided after the withdrawal request.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][gsf_info_box title=&#8221;Replacement Soil Drops&#8221; sub_title_color=&#8221;&#8221; el_class=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;&#8221;]The Soil Drops can be replaced if they don\u2019t sprout within 4 weeks.
